Surveys make sense! Title insurance is a not a substitute for a survey. Title insurance is - insurance. It's a backup position, which can underwrite potential resulting losses, but it is not a substitute for the information a survey reveals. If something is wrong with the title, such as an encroaching structure or fence, or the fact that a neighbor owns part of the land that was supposedly part of the transaction, a survey will reveal the discrepancy.

We’ll search our in house records of plans completed for MacKay MacKay & Peters Limited, and the companies noted above. Our survey search fee, for each lot/property is $25 plus GST, paid in advance. Visa & MC accepted. If we find the property survey, we ask that you complete our disclaimer and pay a fee of $225, plus applicable taxes. Upon payment receipt we will supply a copy of the survey in either a PDF, digital format or as a hard copy by mail. Submit a request for each property.
